Is it really free to post?

Yes! 100% free. No hidden fees, no premium membership. We believe in keeping the platform accessible for all Zimbabweans.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can post without registering. Just fill out the form and we’ll publish your ad.

How long does it take for my ad to appear?

We review ads within 24 hours to prevent scams. Most ads are published within 12 hours.

How do I edit or delete my ad?

Email support@kumashops.co.zw with your ad title and we’ll update or remove it for you.

🔍 Finding Services

How do I find a service provider?

Use the search bar on the homepage or browse by category/location. Each ad has a phone number – call or WhatsApp directly.

Can I post that I’m LOOKING for something?

Yes! Select “Jobs – Looking for Work” or post in the relevant category explaining what you need.

💰 Payments & Trust

Does KumaShops handle payments?

No. Payments are between you and the service provider. We recommend paying after service is delivered or paying in installments.

What if I get scammed?

Email abuse@kumashops.co.zw immediately. We’ll investigate and ban the user. However, we can’t recover your money – always be cautious.

Are providers verified?

Some providers have a “Verified” badge – these have provided valid ID. Always check reviews when available.

Can I pay for family services from abroad?

Yes! Contact our diaspora services team at diaspora@kumashops.co.zw for assistance paying bills, buying groceries, etc.

📱 Technical

Does the site work on my phone?

Yes! KumaShops is fully mobile-friendly and works on all smartphones, even with slow internet.

How much data does it use?

Very little. The site is lightweight and uses minimal data.
